Total Security Solutions is looking for a qualified individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. This is a full-time position based in our Fowlerville, MI headquarters and reports to the Sales Manager.

As our Inside Sales Representative, you will help manage the day to day lead tracking and routing for the sales team. You will work with the Sales Manager to ensure phones are answered and customer inquiries are handled in a professional and timely manner.  Our business is built on our reputation for superior quality and service, so you will be expected to maintain our high standards when interacting with customers, employees, partners, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate prospective customers about our products and services
  • Respond to inbound web and phone inquiries
  • Monitor real time web chat on the TSS web site
  • Schedule meetings and calls between prospects and TSS inside sales guides
  • Provide intelligence about promoted leads to assigned inside sales guides
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of communication in our CRM system
  • Evaluate leads using online marketing tool and internet research
  • Communicate  key differentiators to customers
  • Coordinate trade show activities
  • Research and identify key decision makers and and strategic opportunities
  • Coordinate with Sales and Project Management on any job issues
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent writing ability, verbal communication, phone, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to switch-task easily
  • Building construction experience helpful, but not required
  • Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint proficiency
  • Google Apps experience
  • Accurate and rapid typing skills (35-45 wpm)
